Girls/Coed Divisions for U12 and U14. It is asked that Coaches do not play more than 3 Boys of the field at one time. Their should never be 5 or more Boys on the field at one time in these two divisions. This rule does not apply to U10 Coed.

Heading is not allowed in any U10 or U12 Girls, Boys or Coed Division based on USSF Rules for U11 and Below Age cut off will follow NHSL and USSF by year! 8th Graders are allowed to participate in our U14 Divisions.

Players within a reasonable DOB can be considered for an age division, email request must be sent to Athletic Director for consideration.

High School Coed Rec - Each team must have 2 female players on the field at all times. If you are short female players you must play down. 5 Players constitutes a team in 7 v 7 or you must forfeit. You can only borrow 2 players max from another team if you are short numbers. If you are carrying 7 rostered players you can only borrow (1) player max.

Youth games from U10 to High School Rec will be in a 7 v 7 format. MO30/45 games will be played in a 8 v 8 format. Each game is 2 x 25 minute halfs with no overtime.

Every team makes the playoffs in our leagues. If a playoff game remains even at the end of the regulation period (25 min) the game goes directly to Penalty Kicks (1 v 1) for U10 and U12 and a Shootout (1 v 1) for U14 through MO-45. In a shootout a player goes 1 v 1 against the opposing keeper from midfield and gets one shot at scoring. Keeper can only use hands inside his 18 box.

Substitution is on the fly. You cannot sub for an advantage, the other player must be out of the play before you enter into their spot.

Spitting on the field is unacceptable. Please do not allow your players to spit on the turf. Any player caught by an official will recieve a yellow card and must be removed from play for the remainer of that half.

All fouls are INDIRECT kicks except for penalty kicks awarded by the referee and corner kicks and kickoffs.
The kickoff does not need to go forward under USSF Rules now.

On a restart, other than kickoff to start a half or after a goal, players must stand five yards from the ball.

No SLIDETACKLING. You can slide to save a ball as long as the other player is not close to the ball. (Referees Discretion) Goalies however can slide after the ball in the box.

Punting is not allowed by the goalie. He must use the Drop kick method to deliver the ball.

All other outdoor rules apply for fouls, regular play, and throw-ins.

If a team is up 5 goals or more the opposite team may add an additional player if wanted.  Once the team is within 4 goals they must remove the extra player.

Teams must have at least six rostered team players for 8v8 and five (5) for 7v7 to play an official game. You can only borrow up to a max of 2 players during the regular season anymore it will be a forfeit.  For playoffs no team may borrow players and have the game count it would be a forfeit for the team.

These are the general rules of play. We expect good conduct and sportsmanship by all involved.
